PHOTOS

Q: HELP! My photos are everywhere in my Mac, iPhone etc - I want to make sense of them, I think I have duplicates too! Can you help?
A: Absolutely! I love sorting out the chaos, and also am a photographer so I relate to that situation - send me a message and we can make a plan to sort you out.

Q: Do you help with passwords?
A: Yes


EMAIL

Q: I have too many emails, spam, and I want to organize things - Can you help?

A: Yes! I love organizing the chaos! Message me with a description of your situation and I'll let you know how I can help.

Q: I can't get into my email - it's asking about a password. Can you help?

A: ALMOST ALWAYS - yes - but depending the provider there can be a few possible outcomes. See info below:
(a) I would be happy to help! Telus, Shaw & iCloud often easy to sort out.
(b) Gmail and Yahoo are either possible or not, but I'll let you know - give me a shout with the description of the situation.
(c) If your email is provided by a company/organization/government domain(example: yourcompanyname.com) ,  contacting the company who set it up is the best first step, after that if they provide instructions that are confusing I can definitely help, or can even make the call to them with you.
